We offer a lifetime warranty for all of our pieces with a proof of purchase. For any issues, please fill out our Contact Form here. Please include Contact Info, Order # or Full Name of Purchaser with Date of Purchase and you will receive instructions on how to proceed from our Customer Service Team within 3-5 business days.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests, but will do our best to remedy any issues.
We have had the honor of creating bridal jewelry for weddings, heirloom birthstone rings, engagement rings, and other unique and special projects for our clients. We support you from stone procurement and design all the way through delivering your one of a kind piece of jewelry.

All special orders including custom sizes for rings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, though they are eligible for repair under warranty. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable, as deposits are taken once work begins. For all custom requests, please fill out our contact form. Our Customer Service Team will respond with a quote and follow up questions within 2 - 3 business days.
