Returns & Repairs
Pieces are made to last, and we stand behind them for as long as you have them. Whether something needs to go back or needs mending, it starts the same way — email shop@talismania.co and we'll tell you what happens next.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Pieces must come back unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Start a return by emailing shop@talismania.co with your order number. Once it's approved we'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return can't be accepted.
Final sale: custom and personalized pieces, special orders including custom ring sizes, sale items, and gift cards. Custom pieces remain eligible for repair under warranty.
Damages
Please look your order over when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, tell us straight away and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest route is to return the original piece and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
We'll let you know once your return has arrived and been inspected. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days, though banks often take a little longer to post them. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email shop@talismania.co.
European Union — 14 day cooling off period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same condition requirements apply: unworn, undamaged, original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Warranty
Every Talismania piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, valid with proof of purchase. Repairs covered under warranty are complimentary.
Repairs
Work outside the warranty is available as well, priced by the piece and what it needs. To start either, email shop@talismania.co with your details, order number or the purchaser's name, and the date of purchase. Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.
We reserve the right to decline unreasonable repair requests, but we'll do our best by you.
