1. About Talismania
Who designs Talismania Jewelry?
Every Talismania design is created by founder and creative director Elizabeth Graham in Montana. Her work blends the rugged beauty of the Northern Rockies with talismanic symbolism, resulting in fine jewelry that feels timeless, personal, and deeply symbolic.
Where is your jewelry made?
Most of our gold, silver, and gold vermeil pieces are crafted in partnership with a multi-generation fine jewelry company based in New York, known for its heritage craftsmanship and impeccable quality.
Select designs and one-of-a-kind creations are handcrafted in small batches at our artisan workshop in Brooklyn, New York.
What materials do you use?
We work with recycled 14k and 18k gold, sterling silver, and ethically sourced gemstones — including Montana sapphires, natural diamonds, lab-created stones, and select colored gemstones. Every material is chosen for its beauty, durability, and alignment with our commitment to responsible sourcing.
Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes. All gemstones are sourced from suppliers aligned with Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) standards, ensuring traceable origins and responsible mining practices.
We occasionally create limited-edition pieces using reclaimed gold and gemstones, giving beautiful materials a second life in new Talismania designs.

2. Ordering & Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
Ready-to-ship items leave our studio in 3–5 business days. Made-to-order designs typically ship within 4–8 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally; however, special requests can be made and will be fulfilled if feasible.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is free for orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate, calculated at checkout based on your location. All shipments are sent securely and fully insured.
How will my jewelry be packaged?
Every order arrives in our signature Talismania box along with a signature Talismania storage pouch, ready for gifting, with recyclable materials and the option for luxury gift wrap at checkout.
3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale. For full details, see our Return Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email our customer care team at shop@talismania.co with your order number to initiate the process.
4. Sizing & Fit
How do I find my ring size?
Refer to our Size Guide for detailed instructions. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Can you resize rings?
We can resize most solid gold rings. Silver, vermeil, and certain stone-set designs may not be resizable — check the product description or contact us before ordering.
5. Care & Repairs
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in your signature Talismania soft pouch or signature Talismania box, clean with a non-abrasive cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals. See our full Jewelry Care Guide.
Can vermeil jewelry get wet?
We recommend avoiding prolonged water exposure to preserve the finish. Remove before swimming, bathing, or heavy exercise.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. We offer complimentary repairs for Talismania jewelry covered under our lifetime warranty with proof of purchase. For work outside of warranty coverage, repairs are available for a fee, depending on the nature of the service. To begin, please complete our Contact Form with your contact information, order number or purchaser’s name, and date of purchase. Our customer care team will respond within 3–5 business days with instructions.
6. Warranty & Authenticity
Do you offer a warranty?
Every Talismania piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, valid with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, or damage due to misuse. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests, but will always do our best to remedy any issues.
How do I verify authenticity?
All Talismania designs are original creations protected under our registered trademarks and design records. We maintain detailed archives for every piece we produce. If you would like to confirm the authenticity of a Talismania design, please contact us with photos and any available purchase information, and our team will verify it against our records.
7. Custom & Upcycled Jewelry
Do you make custom designs?
We no longer accept new custom commissions, but select designs may be personalized with engraving or gemstone changes.
