Materials & sourcing
What are your pieces made of?
Solid 14K gold, set with Montana sapphires and other carefully chosen gemstones.
Where do your stones come from?
Our Montana sapphires are mined at Rock Creek and along the Missouri River, and many are traceable to the mine. You can read the full story on our Ethical Sourcing page.
Are your materials responsibly sourced?
Our primary manufacturing partner is certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council, so the pieces they craft for us are made to that standard. More on our Ethical Sourcing page.
Orders, shipping & packaging
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat $6.95. Every order is fully insured, and you'll receive tracking the moment it ships.
How long will my order take?
In-stock pieces ship promptly. Made-to-order pieces take 4–8 weeks to craft.
How will my jewelry be packaged?
Every order arrives in our signature Talismania box with a storage pouch, ready for gifting. Luxury gift wrap is available at checkout.
Returns & warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged pieces within 30 days of delivery. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email our team at shop@talismania.co with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
Is my jewelry covered by a warranty?
Every Talismania piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, valid with proof of purchase.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. Repairs are complimentary on pieces covered under our lifetime warranty, with proof of purchase. Work outside warranty is available for a fee, depending on the piece. To begin, complete our Contact Form with your details, order number or purchaser's name, and date of purchase, and our team will respond within 3–5 business days.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Store each piece in your Talismania pouch or box, clean with a soft, non-abrasive cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals. See our Jewelry Care Guide for details.

Custom, authenticity & the brand
Do you make custom designs?
We no longer accept new custom commissions, though select designs can be personalized with engraving or a gemstone change.
How do I verify the authenticity of a piece?
Every Talismania design is original and documented in our archive. Contact us with photos and any purchase information, and we'll verify it against our records.
Where is Talismania located?
Talismania is owned and operated in Red Lodge, Montana, and every design is created by founder Elizabeth Graham.
